Designing the conditions that make the right behaviours the default. We design the environment so these are easier to do and consistently reinforced.

Mindset Consulting

We work with leaders, teams and organisations to build clarity, ownership and high-performance behaviours. Through coaching, facilitation and culture programmes, we help people understand what is getting in the way, align around what matters most, and commit to the behaviours that will move the organisation forward.

Our work is practical, human and focused on sustainable change. We listen first, design around your real context, and help turn values, ambition and strategy into everyday action.

What We Do

Our work is built on the premise of understanding the self first before tackling the wider team and then the organisational environment. This is Inside Out performance.

Mindset is led by Brian Cashman. A former C-Suite leader and now expert in team and organisational culture. His philosophy is grounded in the wellbeing model of ‘better life, better performance’. 

We work with teams to embed the principles, behaviours, and rituals that drive consistent performance, so success is not occasional, it becomes the standard.

Beyond our flagship process we work with teams preparing for change and change projects. We also offer deeper levels of performance understanding and well being expertise for teams stretching from good to great.
