Brian Cashman is a seasoned leader with extensive commercial and leadership experience across diverse industries, including healthcare, education, financial services, and the startup ecosystem. He has held roles in prestigious organisations such as Cantor Fitzgerald and Bank of Ireland and has served as Chief Commercial Officer for both ReproMed Ireland Group and Sportskey. A Masters graduate of UCD and an ICF-certified coach, Brian has also completed postgraduate studies in Psychology and the Psychology of High Performance.
Currently, Brian is a Senior Partner at Archipelo Coaching, a niche award winning UK-based coaching and consultancy firm focused on developing high-performance cultures. Archipelo, whose team includes renowned author and podcast host Damian Hughes, integrates Damian’s widely respected frameworks in sports psychology, leadership, and high-performance coaching into their work. Brian offers access to their world class expertise in Ireland.
Brian works with leading organisations, including McLaren Racing, Just Eat, Spotify, B&Q, Vevo, Group M, Genuit, FGH and Poundland, to drive performance and foster cultures that empower employees to thrive.
